At AyurEze, we are committed to providing authentic Ayurvedic products, trusted consultations, therapy sessions, and lab services. Our Refund & Return Policy ensures that you have a fair and transparent process if you are dissatisfied with a product or service.


1. Medicines

  • Return Eligibility:
    • Only medicines delivered in original, unopened, and sealed packaging are eligible for returns.
    • Prescription-based medicines or personalized health packages are non-returnable once dispatched.
  • Refund Process:
    • Eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    • If a medicine is damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact refundandreturn@ayureze.inimmediately.
    • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

2. Therapy & Wellness Bookings

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Therapy bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be partially refunded or non-refundable, depending on the service provider’s policy.
  • Rescheduling:
    • You may reschedule your therapy session once without any charges if done 24 hours prior to the appointment.

3. Teleconsultations

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Teleconsultation fees are non-refundable once the session is completed.
    • If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues or practitioner unavailability, you will receive a full refund or rescheduled session.

4. Lab Services & Diagnostics

  • Booking Cancellations:
    • Lab test bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled test for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be refundable, depending on the lab’s policy.
  • Incorrect Test Reports or Errors:
    • If a lab error occurs, AyurEze will coordinate with the lab to provide a corrected report or refund, as appropriate.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via refundandreturn@ayureze.in or through the app’s support portal.
  • All refunds are processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking or payment gateway processing.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized health plans or prescription-based medicine packages once dispatched.
  • Completed teleconsultations where the session was conducted.
  • Therapy sessions canceled after the allowed timeframe.
